Begun in 2005 as a sales and marketing resource for OEM and ODM partners, Design Win quickly acquired a clientele of embedded solution suppliers. Design Win established itself by achieving a number of key design wins for its clients.
In April of 2007 Design Win launched Designwin.net. The site grew rapidly and within months had become a primary marketplace for embedded solutions. Within a year the site had thousands of embedded products and services and has become a trusted resource for electronics developers, product managers and other decision makers.
With the support of thousands of OEM electronics suppliers including Wipro, Tata and Wind River, OEM.com was launched on June 1, 2008 and is quickly becoming THE online community for the OEM electronics marketplace. Strategic relationships with key partners CareerBuilder and CircuitCellar.

Jeff Harward - Chief Executive Officer, OEM.com Jeff has over 19 years of experience in the IT industry. He was managing director of Buy.com Europe and oversaw the creation of Buy.com UK, a joint venture between Buy.com, Softbank and NewsCorp. In its first year of business, Buy.com generated $115 million in revenue setting a new record for the most revenue in the first year of business for a U.S. company. Buy.com completed a successful IPO in February of 2000 through Merrill Lynch after raising over $300 million in capital and was listed on the NASDAQ as BUYX. Jeff has significant experience in OEM Electronics as an ODM supplier and with an OEM Brand. As Vice President of Sales for Infinite Data Storage, a leading electronics ODM, Jeff was responsible for embedded design wins in products from major brands like Sony, IBM and HP. As European General Manager of Pinnacle Micro, a pioneer in optical storage technologies, Jeff grew the organization into a powerhouse in the European storage industry. Gregory Ray - Chief Technology Officer, OEM.com Gregory Ray joined the DesignWin.net team in May 2007 as a Software Engineer. Since then he has taken on the role and responsibilities of being Chief Technology Officer and later became a co-founder in the OEM.com joint-venture. Before DesignWin.net Gregory was a software engineer for PodFitness.com and prior to that he had contracted for many companies and organizations including NASA, Franklin Covey, Caterpillar and dozens of others. Gregory's passions include mobile phone development, geographic information systems, business development, cartography, hiking, rafting, rock climbing, mountain and street biking, spelunking and spending time with his girlfriend Eva. Patrick Buckendorf – Internet Marketing Manager, OEM.com Patrick joined the team in September, 2007 to work on Search Engine Optimization for the site. Since that time his role has expanded to include managing all of the Internet Marketing Campaigns for the company. Patrick has over 6 years of Search Engine Optimization experience and also has experience with sales and customer service. He is also an Iraq War Veteran. Patrick is dedicated to the success of OEM.com and looks forward seeing the Website grow and expand. When not working Patrick likes to spend his free time working on other internet projects, Cooking, spending time with family and friends and playing games. Teena Sethi - Internet Marketing Specialist, OEM.com Teena is based in New Delhi, India and plays a key role as an Internet Marketing Specialist. Prior to joining OEM.com, Teena spent 2 years as Team Leader for Indian software company Suntec. She graduated from Indira Gandhi National Open University with a Diploma in Information Technology.
